Founder and Principal Consultant, Demand Creation Marketing, Inc.

Kathy Ury brings over fifteen years of demand creation marketing experience in both corporate and agency environments with leading business-to-business and consumer technology companies including Cisco Systems, Intel, Netcom, Silicon Graphics, Ziff-Davis Publishing, Motorola and Hewlett-Packard. She holds a B.S. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A from the University of Kent, Canterbury, England.

Kathy established Demand Creation Marketing (DCM) in 1999 to serve technology companies by delivering global, integrated customer acquisition and retention marketing programs that are targeted, measurable, and improve the bottom-line. Our services include interim marketing management, customer insight gathering and advocacy, branding and positioning, direct marketing, email marketing, web marketing, search engine marketing and optimization, channel marketing, advertising, sales tools, event marketing, and agency searches. DCM develops programs to meet each client's specific needs.
